Privacy and data policy
We collect little data: basic service logs, messages you send us, and optional Google Analytics after consent. A paid affiliate-link click sends the network the referral information needed to identify Veymark.

Who is responsible
Veymark is operated by Maxer Service OÜ, registry code 14155605, Endla tn 3-6104, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn 10122, Estonia. Contact: per@maxerservice.com.
What we process
- Hosting and security logs may contain IP address, request time, requested page, device or browser details, and error information. We use them to deliver and protect the site.
- If you accept analytics, Google Analytics receives page, session, approximate location, browser, device, and pseudonymous cookie information. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or user IDs to Analytics.
- If you email us, we use your message and contact details to respond.
- If you choose a clearly marked paid link, the participating affiliate network and merchant receive Veymark's affiliate identifier, a random click reference, the selected product route, whether Analytics was allowed, rejected, or not yet chosen, and the normal request information needed to open the destination. Veymark does not add your name, email address, phone number, account ID, or user ID to that link. The network or merchant may store or read attribution identifiers under its own privacy terms.
We do not sell personal data or use advertising, remarketing, or session replay.
Legal basis, recipients, and retention
We rely on consent for Google Analytics. A paid affiliate redirect is activated only when you choose the clearly marked external link. Veymark uses that redirect for its legitimate interest in funding the publication and measuring commercial referrals. We use legitimate interests to keep the site secure and answer messages. Service providers may include our hosting provider, Google after Analytics consent, and participating merchants or affiliate networks after a paid-link click. Providers may process data outside the EEA using their stated safeguards.
Veymark remembers the Analytics choice for six months. Provider attribution identifiers have provider-specific lifetimes shown in the applicable provider policy. Security logs are normally kept for no more than 30 days unless an incident requires longer. Google Analytics user and event data is configured for no more than 14 months. Contact messages are kept only while needed to answer and maintain reasonable business records.
Your choices and rights
You can reject or withdraw Analytics consent at any time through Cookie settings. Depending on the law that applies, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability, or you may object to processing. Email us to exercise a right. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate. Google describes its processing in its Privacy Policy.
